The SH series granulator adopts dry calendering technology to press powder materials with a moisture content of ≤8% into flakes, blocks or balls.

The machine is suitable for a wide range of raw materials, and the particle strength can be adjusted according to different materials. It is mainly suitable for fertilizers (such as potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, Russian red potassium, compound fertilizer, potassium chloride, potassium nitrate, monopotassium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, sulfuric acid, potassium bicarbonate, etc.), other raw materials (such as oxidants, zinc oxide, metal powder, plant fuel, potassium carbonate, charcoal, calcium chloride, calcium hydrogen phosphate, aluminum chips, activated carbon, aluminum oxide, cryolite, carbon black) and environmentally friendly materials.
